The goods must be returned in proper condition and without signs of use. The right of withdrawal is excluded for goods manufactured according to customer specifications.\nIf the returned goods have decreased in value due to use by the customer, RODENBERG amplification may claim compensation. Warranty<\/strong><br>\nThe warranty period for delivered goods is 24 months from receipt. Otherwise, statutory warranty provisions apply. Any further liability for damages is excluded. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.\nWarranty claims must be asserted within the warranty period. The product must be returned together with the original invoice. At our discretion, defective products will be repaired or replaced.\nWarranty does not apply to:\nused products; products subject to normal wear and tear; damage caused by improper use, failure to follow operating instructions, overload, lack of maintenance or care; damage caused by non-original accessories or parts.
